MSL Appoints Lucy Ashmore as Managing Director

MSL Legal Expenses Ltd, part of the Drive Further Collective Group, has appointed Lucy Ashmore as Managing Director, strengthening its leadership team as the business continues to grow.
Lucy joined Drive Further in February 2025 as Operations Director before taking on the role of Managing Director at MSL in October 2025. A qualified solicitor with more than 20 years of experience across the legal, claims and credit hire sectors, she brings extensive expertise in operational leadership, customer service and claims management.
Prior to joining MSL, Lucy spent 11 years at leading insurance law firm Horwich Farrelly before moving into the credit hire industry. During her career, she has held senior leadership positions including Head of Claims at Plantec Assist and Claims Director at Kindertons Accident Management, both part of the ExamWorks Group. Most recently, she was responsible for Claims Operations at DAMS, part of Anexo Group plc, overseeing the McAMS, CAMS and EDGE brands.
Lucy has also played an active role in supporting industry best practice, having previously served as a member of ACSO’s Vulnerable Road Users Group and The GTA Technical Committee.

Her combined legal, operational and claims experience will support the business in driving performance, enhancing customer outcomes and delivering service excellence.
