All our policies include cover for plumbing, drainage, primary heating systems and protecting customers against sudden issues such as burst pipes. Customers can then tailor their protection by adding any additional home emergency options they need. The full range includes:

• Complete failure of the central heating system, including boilers and warm‑air units
• Damage to, or mechanical failure of, the only usable toilet or cistern resulting in total loss of function
• Removal of wasps’ nests, or infestations of field mice, house mice or brown rats
• Break‑ins or vandalism that compromise the security of the property
• Failure or damage to underground drains or sewers
• Failure of mains services the customer is legally responsible for, including electricity, water, gas or sewage
