His broad experience across claims, operations and fleet management provides a unique perspective that enables him to drive efficiencies while maintaining a strong focus on service delivery and customer excellence.
Passionate about continuous improvement, James enjoys working alongside talented teams to create effective solutions, improve customer journeys and support the long-term success of the business.
Outside of work, James enjoys spending time with his dog, following Formula 1 and keeping up to date with developments within the automotive industry.
